Professional Fees
Dr. Alex Denes provides IV sedation for patients undergoing dental treatment, focused on patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure. Our professional fees are:
- Hourly rate: $750 per hour for the first 4 hours
- Minimum engagement: 4 hours ($3,000)
- Additional time: $500 per hour beyond the initial 4 hours
Payment policy: The $3,000 minimum is due before the sedation appointment begins. If the case runs beyond 4 hours, the additional time is billed at the rate above and is payable on completion. These are the only fees for the sedation service; they do not include any fees charged separately by your treating dentist for the dental treatment itself.
About IV sedation: IV sedation can help patients who experience anxiety remain relaxed and comfortable during dental treatment, and can allow longer or more complex treatment to be completed in fewer appointments. Dr. Alex Denes works as an independent provider, separate from your treating dentist, and is responsible solely for your sedation and monitoring during the procedure. Throughout treatment, your vital signs are monitored continuously so that any changes can be identified and addressed promptly.
