- Hourly Rate: $750 per hour for the first 4 hours
- Minimum Commitment: 4 hours (equivalent to $3,000)
- Additional Hours: $500 per hour for each additional hour beyond the initial 4 hours
Payment Policy
- The minimum fee of $3,000 is due before the start of your sedation case.
- If your case exceeds 4 hours, the remaining balance will be calculated and payable upon completion.
